How to pick up a woman?

You can’t really make it out, but this photo depicts a man using a bench on the subway platform to do arm exercises.  And the woman next to him looks uncomfortable, but too tired to move.  Which is sort of an interesting metaphor.  I feel like I get that way a lot–uncomfortable with my situation, but too tired to do anything about it.

I finally got around to cleaning my room, though, so things are looking up.

  1. Sorry to appear dense but is the advice here to seek out tired and uncomfortable women waiting for subways and to make you move by invading their space and feigning exercise?

I’ll try it, but I’m not overly confident.

    Many thanks!

p.s. (The Food Here Convenience Store has closed)

  2. If I really get tired of my situation, people bugging me and all, I’ve found the perfect solution to make them leave me alone. And it doesn’t require much exercise. Find some 4 day old road kill and roll in it. They all disappear. I’m sure it will work on unwanted men, too. Ahhhh. You might want to buy some Fabreze to eliminate the after “glow.” Sandy

Donald–Yes, that’s the advice exactly. And thanks for the tip about the Food Here. I’m saddened and still in the denial phase, but once I get around to accepting its fate, I’ll consider taking the link down.

Sandy–Thank you. I like anything that doesn’t require much exercise.
