Joe Cocker, I love you.

  1. I used to think Joe Cocker was cheesy in every way. Now I feel like he’s the best possible combo of an enthusiastic homeless singer on the subway and someone who’s actually super good.

My favorite Joe Cocker, though, is “Delta Lady.” And Mad Dogs & Englishmen in general… when you get him + Leon Russell there’s no stopping them.

Yes, every clip of him I see with Mad Dogs & Englishmen blows my mind.

And Leon Russell. How does one become Leon Russell? How does one become that…[insert long list of adjectives here]?
